Account Deletion Request
We're sorry to see you go! At Quasar, we respect your privacy and your right to control your data.
Option 1: Profile & Progress Deletion (In-App)
You can instantly wipe your active profile progress, history, and records directly from inside the app.
- Open Quasar and go to the Dashboard.
- Tap the Logout icon in the top right corner.
- Tap the Trash Bin icon on the confirmation popup.
Data Deleted: Your profile settings, daily meal logs, macronutrient history, and weight logs will be permanently deleted from our database.
Note: For security reasons, this deletes your user database document but may leave your authentication/login record active in the system. For a complete purge of your login records, please see Option 2.
Option 2: Complete Account & Auth Deletion
To completely purge your entire account, including your secure authentication/login credentials and all user logs, you can request a manual deletion by emailing our support team.
We will verify your ownership and completely delete your account and login credentials within 24 hours.

⚠️ Important: Action Required After Deletion
Once you perform the in-app profile deletion (Option 1) or receive your complete account deletion confirmation email (Option 2), please fully close and restart the Quasar app.
This clears any cached active sessions, brings you back to the fresh Login Screen, and avoids getting stuck on the Onboarding flow (which has no back button).
